The recurring annual fee enables you to continually modify and update your TapCard information as needed at any time. If you cancel the annual TapCard maintenance payment, your ability to edit your TapCard information will be disabled at the end of your current paid term. Your TapCard information will still be accessible for the life of your TapCard, and you can reinstate your ability to edit your TapCard information at any time by paying the annual TapCard account modification fee to reinstate your editing capability.

Typically we are able to ship within 1 day for TapCard orders under 20 units, 1-3 days for TapCard orders of 20 to 100 units, and 2-3 weeks for TapCard orders of 101 or more. 5-7 day FREE USA shipping is included with your TapCard purchase. Free shipping throughout the US is managed by USPS first class mail with tracking number and live updates included. Shipping via USPS usually takes less than 7 days to arrive once shipped (often the following business day), however, you may incur longer ship times during holidays. In extremely rare circumstances USPS ship times can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy for non custom orders:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Images, screenshot or other form of verification may be requested.
  • If your TapCard was not up to expectations, we will work with you to get another TapCard product, refund all or a portion of your order depending on situation, or compensate in some other way. This is on a per-case basis.
  • Refund Exchange Policy: You have 30-days Return & Exchange your TapCard after your TapCard account activation date and modified with your information. Please first email us as we can work with you to determine the best possible outcome.
  • If you believe your TapCard is faulty, please email us first to help troubleshoot the issue. Sometimes the issue can be resolved by tweaking a few aspects of the programming or informing the user of proper scanning procedures.
  • For returns, please email Returns@tapCard.info with the subject 'Returns' and include your TapCard order number, name and the reason you wish to return your TapCard. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned TapCard. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning TapCards to avoid "lost package" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returned items. When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund (if the product is confirmed faulty). If the TapCard refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. It may take up to three business days for return to reflect in your account.
  • TapCard NFC business card chips can be permanently locked or password protected by use of NFC programming apps, making info that was on them permanent and non-rewritable. We do not offer any refunds for TapCards that become "Locked" by users

Our TapCard Privacy Policy describes how TapCard.info (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Collecting Personal Information

The Site is not intended for use from individuals under the age of 13. By use of Site you attest that you are permitted to use necessary Payment system gateways in order to process credit cards and other forms of accepted payments for TapCard products and services. Sharing of Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Our payment processor, PayPal, uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary deny list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This deny list persists temporarily, for a few hours.
  • Temporary deny list of credit cards associated with deny listed IP addresses. This deny list persists for a few days.

Selling of Personal Information

Our Site does NOT sell Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
